- Create sales orders and quotations based on customer requirements and sales team inputs.
- Generate GST-compliant invoices, including e-way bill creation and validation for interstate shipments.
- Post invoices, handle transport LR (Lorry Receipt) posting, entry checking and record minor accounting entries such as journal vouchers.
- Perform admin tasks including data entry, filling, customer follow-ups, record maintenance, and coordination with sales, transport, and accounts
- Preference if basic knowledge in Tally Prime/ERP, MS Excel; e-invoicing, e-way bill generation; basic GST compliance along with admin management
