As the Sales Manager for Industrial Movers, you will drive business growth by promoting and selling compressed air solutions (including screw compressors, piston compressors, and downstream accessories) to industrial clients. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and technical consulting to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- B2B Sales & Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across various industrial sectors (manufacturing, automotive, pharma, textiles, etc.) within the assigned territory.
- Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements to recommend the right ELGi products, preparing energy-efficient and cost-effective compressed air solutions.
- Dealership Representation: Act as the primary brand ambassador for ELGi, ensuring alignment with ELGi’s sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and service standards.
- Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and spare parts sales.
- Pipeline & Revenue Management: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting to senior management.
