- Assist in the formulation and development of new skincare and cosmetic products.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, product trials, and stability studies.
- Prepare samples for internal evaluation and customer requirements.
- Maintain laboratory records, batch sheets, and formulation documentation.
- Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological observations as required.
- Support product improvement and reformulation activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC), Production, and Regulatory teams during product development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory equipment and work areas.
- Stay updated with new ingredients, market trends, and innovations in the cosmetic industry.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
