Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow up on interested prospects.
- Maintain call records and update CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of Telecalling experience.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
