Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The role involves handling office tasks, maintaining records, and assisting different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Maintain and organize office records and files
- Assist in preparing invoices, reports, and quotations
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day operations
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Support accounts or HR tasks when needed
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the office
