Position: CS Trainee / CS Intern
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic CS Trainee / CS Intern who wants to build strong practical exposure in Corporate Secretarial, Legal, Due Diligence and Transaction Advisory.
Who Are We Looking For?
First preference will be given to candidates who have completed their CS examinations and have only their mandatory practical training remaining.
The role offers an opportunity to work on real-time corporate and business assignments, going beyond routine ROC compliances.
What Will You Work On?
You will get hands-on exposure to:
Due Diligence
Legal, secretarial and corporate due diligence for companies, LLPs and business transactions.
Agreements & Legal Documentation
Drafting and reviewing NDAs, Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, Transfer Agreements and other corporate/legal documents.
Share & Business Transactions
Exposure to share transfers, restructuring, investments, startup transactions and fundraising-related documentation.
Secretarial & Legal Drafting
Preparation of Board/Shareholder Resolutions, Notices, Minutes, petitions, applications, declarations, undertakings and other corporate documents.
Transaction & Advisory
Assistance in startup advisory, corporate restructuring, investment documentation and transaction support.
Companies Act, LLP & FEMA
Practical exposure to Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA and allied corporate laws and regulations.
Client & Professional Exposure
Opportunity to work on client assignments, legal/secretarial research and end-to-end execution of professional engagements.
ROC & MCA Compliances
Assistance in ROC/MCA filings, statutory records, registers, minutes and other secretarial compliances.
Stipend
