Location: Sector 74A, Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Administer the entire payroll cycle, from employee onboarding to exit, including processing timesheets, calculating wages, and managing special payments.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and employee information in payroll systems and databases.
- Employee Support: Address and resolve employee inquiries and complaints regarding payroll, ensuring they feel comfortable discussing any discrepancies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and present payroll reports and financial summaries to management, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of payroll accounts and liabilities to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other HR and Finance department members to ensure seamless payroll operations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
