Job Purpose
To teach MBA courses in Business and Management with a focus on Marketing, Finance and Business Analytics, guiding students through both theoretical concepts and practical applications while contributing to the academic and research growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities
● Deliver lectures and conduct classes in Marketing, Finance and Business Analytics as per the curriculum.
● Prepare course materials, lesson plans, case studies and assessments.
● Guide and mentor students on academic projects, internships and career development.
● Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests and examinations.
● Participate in curriculum design, review and continuous improvement of course content.
● Engage in research, publications and academic activities to enhance departmental output.
● Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, guest lectures and industry interactions.
● Support college-level academic administration, committees and accreditation processes.
● Maintain accurate academic records including attendance and student progress.
● Collaborate with fellow faculty members to ensure interdisciplinary learning.
Required Skills & Competencies
● Strong subject knowledge in Marketing, Finance and/or Business Analytics.
● Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills.
● Proficiency in analytical tools and business software relevant to the specialization.
● Research aptitude with willingness to publish in academic journals.
● Ability to mentor students and contribute to holistic academic development.
Eligibility Criteria
● Postgraduate degree (MBA/M.Com or equivalent) in Marketing, Finance or Business Analytics with a consistently good academic record.
● NET/SET/Ph.D. qualification preferred as per UGC guidelines.
● Prior teaching or industry experience in the relevant specialization preferred.
● Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru, if not based locally.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
