About the Role
Vian Properties Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM Manager) with a strong background in High-Rise Residential Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete customer lifecycle—from booking to possession and post-handover—while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team.
- Oversee the customer journey from booking, agreement, and registration to possession and post-possession support.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, MEP, and Facility Management teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Plan and execute possession, handover, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare and review CRM MIS reports, customer feedback, and service performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and internal processes.
- Develop and improve CRM processes, SOPs, and service standards.
- Mentor and guide the CRM team to achieve departmental objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in CRM within High-Rise Residential Real Estate/Construction.
- Proven experience in customer handling, registration, possession, and post-handover activities.
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and customer service processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
