Job Description of HR Recruiter
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Assist with recruitment, including posting job ads and conducting initial interviews.
Skills Requirements
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
Experience - Minimum 1 year, Freshers having good communication skill can also apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
