We are looking for a motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team and help students choose the right career path through our training programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable IT courses and career opportunities.
- Reach out to prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Present and promote Alzawia Tech's training programs directly to colleges, educational institutions, and student communities.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, online leads, and phone inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, schedules, certifications, and career outcomes.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Student Counsellor, Admission Counsellor, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in handling students, parents, and institutional representatives.
- Ability to conduct presentations in colleges and educational institutions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Proven admission-closing and lead-conversion skills.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with prior experience in EdTech companies, training institutes, or educational organizations.
- Experience with similar institutions will be an added advantage.
