Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud integration and HR digital transformation. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting EC solutions, ensuring seamless integration with S/4HANA Public Cloud HR and Finance processes, while adhering to clean core and cloud best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
Manage end-to-end EC lifecycle including hire, transfer, and termination
Design and support EC–S/4HANA integrations (Employee & Org Replication)
Configure Position Management, Job Information, and Organizational structures
Work with SAP CPI / Integration Center / APIs
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation
Configure workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions (RBP)
Support SIT, UAT, and documentation
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams
Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
Skill Requirements
Must Have
6–8 years SAP SuccessFactors experience with focus on Employee Central
2+ years experience in S/4HANA (Public Cloud preferred)
Strong EC configuration knowledge (Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules)
Experience in EC S/4HANA integration
Knowledge of Position Management and Role-Based Permissions
Experience in data migration and integration error handling
Understanding of HR business processes
Good to Have
Experience with Recruiting, PMGM, LMS modules
Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Exposure to SAP BTP / Integration Suite
Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud best practices
SAP SuccessFactors Certification
