Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Servicing professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be central to fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service. You will collaborate across various departments to support clients and contribute to their success. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about client management, problem-solving, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, managing communication via emails, calls, and meetings to ensure clarity and resolve any issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, analytics, etc.) to ensure client projects are executed seamlessly, within scope, time, and budget.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables for client meetings, ensuring they align with client expectations and objectives.
- Ensuring timely responses and follow-ups for client queries and requests. Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure that all client requirements are met effectively.
- Collect and document client feedback to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct research to stay informed about client industries, competitors, and market trends, providing insights to improve client strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project timelines, and other essential documentation to ensure smooth operations and transparency.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using office software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- A client-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
