Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Brainstorm, design, and edit high-quality content (Reels, graphics, and copy) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Social Media Management: Plan weekly/monthly editorial calendars and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite, Canva, or native platform schedulers.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments and direct messages (DMs) to build an active, vibrant online community and foster customer relationships.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor current viral trends, memes, and audio tracks to adapt them quickly for the brand.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and help generate performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications.
- Platform Expertise: Deep, intuitive understanding of major social media networks (Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and short-form video editing apps (VN, CapCut, InShot).
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, a proactive self-starter mindset, and strong organizational skills.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
