We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers visiting the showroom, understanding their requirements, promoting our Tiles, granite, marble and related products, and converting inquiries into sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, applications, and pricing.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and management regarding customer orders.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of showroom products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales.
- Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and builders.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on new products, designs, and market trends.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
