As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. The position also includes collaborating with various teams to streamline workflows and enhance automation, contributing to the overall efficiency and robustness of the development environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize development and deployment processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and pipeline issues to maintain system stability.
- Assist junior team members in understanding and adopting best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to enhance automation and security.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment.
- Ability to automate workflows and manage infrastructure as code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
