Junior Stylist - Job Description
Introduction
At DAZZLES, the Junior Stylist is more than a stylist - they are a memory maker, a relationship builder, and a graceful orchestrator of both emotion and opportunity. The Junior Stylist leads the journey not just through styling excellence, but by emotional intelligence, relationship building, and thoughtful commerce unlock - ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
PREP (Preparation)
- Attend all grooming checks and visual merchandising activities.
- Set up trial rooms and client spaces under Senior Stylist's guidance.
- Learn about assigned clients by reading brief notes and observing seniors.
PROCESS (Operations)
- Assist during CCS stages: client hosting, trial organization, product movement.
- Begin independently handling standard clients with simple styling needs.
- Maintain studio lifestyle, grooming presence, and service etiquette throughout client visits.
POST (Results)
- Submit basic client service notes to Senior or Catalyst post-trial.
- Participate in daily reflections: what went right, where improvements needed.
- Show readiness for growth into Senior Stylist role by taking ownership on-floor.

- Reports: Quantum Sheets must be timely, accurate, and insightful.

- Growth: Movement from Entry -> Growth -> Exit is expected at every role level.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
