We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Manager / Director from a Pricing Practice at a Big 4 firm or Tier-1 Management Consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Deloitte S&O, etc.) to lead AI-enabled commercial value creation programs.
This role is ideal for someone who has advised clients on pricing strategy, revenue leakage, discount optimization, and commercial excellence — and now wants to drive execution using cutting-edge Agentic AI.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and technology — translating complex pricing and contract problems into scalable, AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable financial impact.
Responsibility :
1. Lead Pricing & Revenue Value Creation Initiatives
Identify revenue leakage across pricing, rebates, discounting, and contracts
Conduct price waterfall and margin realization analytics
Quantify EBITDA expansion opportunities
Design pricing optimization and governance frameworks
Drive commercial excellence transformations at enterprise scale
2. Define Business Requirements for AI Deployment
Translate pricing strategy insights into structured business requirements
Develop detailed BRDs and functional specifications
Partner with product and engineering teams to operationalize AI Agents
Ensure solutions align with commercial KPIs and financial outcomes
3. Contract & Commercial Intelligence
Analyze large enterprise contract datasets for compliance gaps and value capture
Identify renewal risk and pricing inconsistencies
Structure AI-driven use cases for contract intelligence and margin recovery
4. Executive Engagement
Present insights and quantified impact to CXOs and PE Operating Partners
Develop board-ready value creation narratives
Align stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Commercial Ops, and IT
Required Background
10–15 years of experience in:
Big 4 Pricing / Commercial Excellence Practice, OR
Tier-1 / Tier-2 Strategy & Management Consulting firms
Deep expertise in:
Pricing strategy & price realization
Revenue leakage identification
Discount & rebate analytics
Margin improvement initiatives
Commercial contract analysis
Strong business requirements and structured problem-solving experience
Advanced Excel & executive-level PowerPoint capability
Highly Preferred
Direct experience in pricing transformation programs
Exposure to Private Equity value creation engagements
Experience working with large enterprise datasets
Familiarity with AI, analytics platforms, or SaaS environments
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
