Role:
Responsible for selling properties and handling client relationships.
Key Duties:
- Generate leads and find new clients
- Explain property details and arrange site visits
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable properties
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain client follow-ups and relationships
Skills:
- Good communication & negotiation
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Basic real estate knowledge
Qualification:
- Any degree (preferred)
- Freshers or experienced can apply
