Job Description
The selected teacher will be responsible for conducting engaging and structured classes, helping students understand academic concepts, preparing them for examinations, and providing appropriate academic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular classes for Science or Commerce subjects.
- Explain concepts clearly using appropriate examples and teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice questions.
- Assess students' academic performance through tests and assignments.
- Identify students' learning difficulties and provide necessary support.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide academic guidance.
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
- Keep track of students' progress and performance.
- Assist in examination-oriented preparation and revision.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding syllabus coverage and student development.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong command over the relevant Science or Commerce subject.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify difficult concepts.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant academic qualifications are preferred.
