Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office facility operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor housekeeping, pantry, security, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and office supplies.
- Ensure timely servicing of office equipment, electrical systems, and utilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Track facility-related expenses and maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Handle office assets and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Resolve facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Support administrative tasks and assist in organizing office events when required.
Pay: ₹16,285.16 - ₹25,000.00 per month
