Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, trend-driven, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our jewellery brand's digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, brand storytelling, community engagement, influencer collaborations, lead generation, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness and sales. Experience in the jewellery, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos showcasing jewellery collections.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and sales teams for content creation.
- Write compelling captions, product descriptions, and storytelling content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages professionally.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.
- Promote new launches, festive campaigns, store events, and promotional offers.
- Generate quality leads through social media campaigns and engagement activities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions.
- Manage Meta Ads and coordinate with the digital marketing team for paid campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency, luxury aesthetics, and visual identity across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Experience in Jewellery, Luxury, Fashion, Lifestyle, or E-commerce industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and community management.
- Creative mindset with an eye for luxury branding and visual aesthetics.

Salary Range
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise)
