Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our Rehabilitation Services. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in business development within rehabilitation centers or hospitals and possess strong networking skills to establish strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in rehabilitation centers, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, healthcare partners, and referral networks.
- Generate business through strategic tie-ups and referral partnerships.
- Promote and explain the organization's rehabilitation and healthcare services to potential clients and partners.
- Onboard new clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare partners.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for management.
- Represent the organization at networking events, healthcare conferences, and business meetings whenever required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 3–5 years of Business Development experience in Rehabilitation Centers or Hospitals (Mandatory).
- Prior experience in healthcare business development with an established network of doctors and hospitals is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
