Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PRT English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment for primary grade students in accordance with CBSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English language and literature to Primary Grade students as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and instructional materials.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Conduct interactive classroom activities to enhance language learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance regularly.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning sessions.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or relevant subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience.
- Prior experience in a CBSE school is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and child-centered learning.
