JD – Admissions CounselorJob Summary:
The counselor will promote the values of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes (EYP,PYP, MYP, and/or DP). This role requires a deep understanding of the IB curriculum and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, global community. We are hiring for four locations in Hyderabad- Abids, Begumpet, Moulali & Moosarambagh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process for prospective families—from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Communicate the school’s mission, values, and IB philosophy to prospective parents and students.
- Serve as the first point of contact for admissions inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
- Ability to work extended hours during critical admissions seasons
Qualifications , Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education .
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions.
- Preferably in an IB or international school experience.
- Strong knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (EYP, PYP, MYP, and/or DP).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, word and digital communication tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
