About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a background in Automotive Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end projects, working with cross-functional teams, and exposure to tools like Teamcenter, Polarion, Mendix, and PLM applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage automotive engineering and PLM-related projects from initiation to deliveryCoordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and business stakeholdersDefine project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverablesMonitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budgetIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategiesManage client communication and stakeholder expectations effectivelyEnsure quality standards and compliance with automotive industry processesDrive continuous improvement in project execution and deliverySupport implementation and integration of PLM tools (Teamcenter, Polarion, Mendix, etc.) Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related field5–10 years of experience in project management within the automotive or manufacturing domainBasic to intermediate knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)Hands-on exposure to Teamcenter, Polarion, Mendix, and PLM applicationsStrong understanding of product lifecycle processes in the automotive industryExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills: Certification in Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) is a plusExperience in digital transformation or PLM implementation projectsFamiliarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) toolsKey CompetenciesLeadership and team managementClient handling and stakeholder engagementStrategic thinking and decision-makingTime and risk management What We Offer: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive and PLM projectsCollaborative and growth-oriented work environmentCareer advancement opportunities
