Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Lean Expert to drive transformation initiatives for one of our clients within an electronic product assembly environment. The role focuses on implementing Lean methodologies, improving operational efficiency, and building a strong continuous improvement culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align with business requirements and develop a roadmap for Lean implementation
- Coach and facilitate teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs across functions
- Drive Lean strategy, policies, and best practices to improve operational performance
- Standardize Lean tools, procedures, and problem-solving methodologies
- Identify and execute business improvement initiatives within the plant
- Conduct training programs and promote a Lean culture across teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Implement TPM and improve equipment utilization
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 8–10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in electronic product assembly/manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools and implementation
- Proven ability to sustain Lean standards
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and training skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
