*Role Details:*
*Work Hours* : 9 AM – 7 PM (market timings)
*Working Days* : Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
*Requirement* : Must own personal vehicle (travel allowance as per company policy)
*Candidate Profile:*
*Education:* Graduate preferred (any discipline).
*Experience* : 1–2 years in sales.
*Salary & Benefits:*
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on interview & experience).
Travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy.
Growth opportunities with performance‑based incentives.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Build & maintain strong dealer/distributor/customer relationships.
* Promote & sell products across multiple categories (kitchen, bath, construction).
* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Conduct market visits, identify new opportunities, expand customer base.
* Provide product demos & technical guidance.
* Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
