We are seeking an ABM & Audience Development Manager to spearhead our high-touch outbound prospecting and key-account acquisition strategies. Outbound Prospecting & ABM Execution: Drive end-to-end cold outreach, outbound prospecting, and high-touch audience development to secure target accounts and senior delegates for webinars, executive dinners, and conferences.
Targeted Event Demand Generation: Deploy proven demand-generation plays to consistently fill pipeline funnels for exclusive executive programs, roundtables, and industry conferences.
Executive Persona Alignment: Craft highly relevant, sophisticated messaging and content strategies that directly speak to the pain points of CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Heads of AI, and other senior enterprise leaders.
AI Ecosystem Fluency: Apply a strong technical understanding of the artificial intelligence domain—including Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and enterprise AI infrastructures—to ensure hyper-personalized, credible communication.
B2B Tech Background: Leverage prior experience within an AI, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environment across demand generation, growth marketing, or community-building roles.
High Autonomy: A proactive self-starter capable of mapping target account segments and independently executing campaigns without requiring constant oversight.
Extreme Ownership: Deep commitment to hitting pipeline and attendance targets, balanced with an operational bias toward immediate action.
Project & Timeline Management: Ability to organize and seamlessly execute against multiple concurrent projects, diverse stakeholder demands, and fluid event timelines.
Executive Communication: A polished, confident communicator equipped to engage meaningfully with senior corporate stakeholders and external partners.
