Job Summary
Resolve Customer Issues on priority.
Monitor system performance and infrastructure alerts using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana).
Support production environments, ensuring uptime and reliability.
Help troubleshoot infrastructure and application-level issues, escalating where necessary.
Work with cloud platforms (GCP) under guidance from senior team members.
Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain up-to-date operational runbooks, deployment guides, and knowledge bases for internal use.
Open to work in weekends/non-working hours whenever required.
Participate in on-call rotations
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs
Understanding of GIT, Jenkins and Jira
Open to work in weekends/non-working hours whenever required Experience in writing code in any scripting language such as Bash (preferable), Python etc. Experience of backend infrastructure applications as well as Client side applications (Android / IOS)
Skill Requirements

Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and version control systems like Git.
Eagerness to learn SRE and DevOps practices
