Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and reliable Stock Management & Delivery Executive to manage day-to-day stock and warehouse activities, material dispatches, and deliveries to customers and project sites.
The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with the Back Office Team for all required documentation, ensuring that material movement and delivery records are maintained accurately and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stock & Warehouse Management
- Receive, verify, and properly store incoming materials.
- Check material quantities and specifications against POs, invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock inward and outward movements.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and systematic storage of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, or discrepancies.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Prepare materials for delivery as per BOQ, material list, project requirement, or dispatch instructions.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of Fire & Security, Electrical, and ELV materials.
2. Material Delivery & Logistics
- Deliver materials to customer locations, project sites, contractors, offices, and other designated locations.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with customers and site teams regarding delivery schedules and material requirements.
- Ensure materials are properly packed and secured before dispatch.
- Handle loading and unloading of materials carefully to avoid damage.
- Obtain customer/site acknowledgement, signature, and stamp on delivery documents.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics companies for material dispatches whenever required.
- Return all signed delivery documents to the office after completion of delivery.
- Immediately report any delivery issues, material shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned team.
3. Back Office & Documentation Coordination
- Coordinate closely with the Back Office Team for all documentation related to material inward, outward, dispatch, and delivery.
- Ensure all required documents are available before material dispatch.
- Coordinate for preparation and processing of:
- Delivery Challans
- Invoices
- GRNs
- Stock Transfer Notes
- Material Return Notes
- Packing Lists
- Other delivery-related documents
- Share delivery status, signed documents, and customer acknowledgements with the Back Office Team on time.
- Ensure all delivery-related documents are properly collected and submitted to the office after each delivery.
- Coordinate with the Back Office Team to resolve any documentation mismatch or discrepancy.
- Follow up with the concerned team members for pending documents, approvals, or dispatch instructions.
- Maintain proper coordination between the Warehouse, Back Office, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Project Teams.
4. Inventory Records & Reporting
- Maintain daily records of material received, dispatched, delivered, and returned.
- Update stock records and delivery status regularly.
- Assist in preparing project-wise and overall stock reports.
- Maintain proper records of damaged, returned, or excess materials.
- Report stock discrepancies to the reporting manager immediately.
- Support periodic stock audits and physical verification.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Stock & Inventory Management.
- Good understanding of material inward/outward and warehouse processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to understand POs, invoices, delivery challans, BOQs, and material lists.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with the Back Office and other internal teams.
- Responsible and trustworthy in handling company materials.
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 10th /12th Pass
- 1–3 years of experience in stock management, warehouse, logistics, or delivery preferred.
- Experience in Fire & Security, Electrical, ELV, or Engineering products will be an added advantage.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
