Role:
Our client is currently seeking a Partner- Strategy Consulting who will be responsible for driving and execution of go to market strategies of their solution offerings.
Responsibilities:
Envision, strategize and execute go to market for their offerings across the world. Sitting cross-table with CXOs and decision makers to collaboratively influence them to take the offerings forward.
Anticipate and mitigate potential challenges that arise out of taking a ‘first of its kind’ solution platform to the world.
Provide thought leadership, take end to end ownership of acquiring, maintaining, and developing client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Senior Partner / Partner / Associate partner level in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, solid track record of achievements and success in and out of the industry. Consulting background is mandatory.
Strong sector expertise across TMT, Energy, Materials, Chemicals, Pharma, Lifesciences, Financial Services, and certain spike (Digital, Operational improvement, etc.). Strong client relationships across the industry. Extensive knowledge of the strategy consulting industry.
Caring, empathetic leader capable of creating positive experiences for colleagues and clients alike.
Drive, motivation, go-getter attitude, particularly the ability to develop cogent arguments and present them concisely to a range of stakeholders.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and have fire in the belly that would drive the disruption agenda and propel the organization to the next level
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
MBA from a top-tier school
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
Global consulting experience
