Domestic BPO Hindi/English Customer Support Associate
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass, Undergraduate/Any Graduate/Post Graduate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic to Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
Fresher's/Exp who want to Start their Career in Customer Service can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
