About the Role
Akshara Pharma has partnered with Acintyo Technologies to revolutionize pharmaceutical distribution through a digital ordering platform. We are offering attractive trade benefits to retailers, including:
- 6% discount on PTR for cash purchases
- 5% discount on PTR for credit purchases
Retail pharmacy orders are placed through the Acintyo Technologies mobile application, ensuring a fast, simple, and transparent ordering process.
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Officer to expand our retailer network and promote our digital ordering platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail medical stores and pharmacies in the assigned territory.
- Enroll new retailers onto the Acintyo Technologies mobile application.
- Explain the benefits of ordering medicines through the app.
- Promote cash and credit purchase schemes.
- Generate regular orders from retailers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and retailer onboarding targets.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.
Requirements
- Graduate or Intermediate (preferred).
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, medical distribution, FMCG sales, or field sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Smartphone and basic knowledge of mobile applications.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
