Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who possesses strong expertise in lead generation, IT Sales, end-to-end sales conversion, email marketing, CRM handling, LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, and cold calling. The ideal candidate should be confident in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
- Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and cold calling.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and follow-up strategies to nurture prospects.
- Maintain and update customer data, pipelines, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and demos with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution alignment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales conversion processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of email marketing strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Strong cold calling and client engagement abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
