About Pravinya
We are a 20-year-old Not for Profit organization with Regn No. 647/11 and Darpan Id TS/2021/0285393. We work in skills and education enhancement in students at various levels.
Being adequately funded, we offer our services completely free, both to students and the school. Also, we do not take any funding either from Government or from CSRs.
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic MSW/B. Ed graduates to work as Program Facilitators. The role involves working closely with Government Schools and/ or Government Colleges, delivering Pravinya programs using a blended training approach. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel, interaction with educators, and direct engagement with students.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Headmasters, Principals, and faculty
Coordinate with institutions to schedule and execute sessions smoothly
Conduct Pravinya programs in schools and colleges as a facilitator
Adapt content delivery based on student needs and context
Collect feedback and support continuous program improvement
Represent Pravinya professionally in all institutional interactions
Required Skills s Qualities
Strong communication skills:
(Telugu, English)
Ability to build relationships with school and college stakeholders
Quick learner – able to understand and deliver different programs
Curiosity and willingness to learn new topics
Interest in working with students and education sector
Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly
Basic facilitation or presentation skills
Eligibility
MSW (Master of Social Work), MA-Sociology, M. Ed., B. Ed. – Freshers
- Passion for education, student development, and social impact

Work Mode

Compensation
Ranging from INR 2.16 lacs to 3.36 lacs depending on capability set of candidates
Variable pay based on performance
TA and DA for field work
Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
