### Requirements
* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
* Minimum 2 years of experience in interior works
* Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and rate analysis
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
* Good communication and teamwork skills
### Responsibilities
* Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
* Site measurement and billing
* Material reconciliation and cost control
* Check contractor bills
* Prepare quotations and purchase orders
* Coordinate with site and project teams
