About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer who loves solving problems through great design. You'll take ideas and customer feedback and turn them into intuitive, beautiful, and highly usable products.
You'll work on productivity tools, planners, web applications, and AI-powered products used by customers around the world. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features from concept to final design and is excited to use AI to design faster and better.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive user experiences from concept to final UI.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Simplify complex workflows into easy-to-use experiences.
- Improve existing products based on customer feedback and usability.
- Collaborate closely with founders to define features and prioritize user needs.
- Build and maintain reusable design systems and components.
- Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Use AI design tools to rapidly explore ideas, prototype concepts, and improve productivity.
- Stay up to date with modern design trends, accessibility, and usability best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, and detail.
- Ability to design complete user journeys, not just individual screens.
- Experience with modern design tools such as Figma, Stitch, or similar.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of the design workflow.
- Ability to explain design decisions using user needs and business goals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX and polished UI.
