About the Role
Teleperformance is hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to build and manage customer relationships through digital channels. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in banking sales, customer engagement, and relationship management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream except B.Tech/BE)
- Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
- Age: 18–30 Years
Language Requirements
- English (Mandatory)
- Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through digital and voice channels
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer retention
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets
- Follow banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal processes
