Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 4 years of prior experience in the same or similar position. Need measurable experience in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, MS SQL Database, HTML, Retirements Data Model. Managed File Transfer, Rest APIs. May be required to relocate to various unanticipated client sites for projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand the clients’ present systems and how they can be improved to the features and functionality that is offered by CORE Solutions; Identify pain points and areas of improvements & enhancements; Identify the customization and enhancement needs; Identify the data migration needs & integrations with their existing systems. Map the current systems and processes with technology and skills from CORE Solutions. Work with multiple teams in-house and off-shore (development, integration, migration, customization) to ensure that the system is implemented as desired. Assess the system through pilot runs or parallel processing. Correct any discrepancies in the functioning of any modules. Training clients’ users on CORE Solutions’ features and functionality in order to customize their software, which may use pieces of the CORE Solutions. Provide support in creation of training materials/ user manuals.
