Requirement Gathering & Analysis Conduct workshops and discussions with business stakeholders Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, and RTM Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements Health Insurance Analyze cashless claims process, reimbursement claims, pre-authorization workflows, and policy servicing Work with TPAs and hospital integration workflows Understand claim adjudication rules and policy benefits Support health product configuration and premium calculations Motor Insurance Understand comprehensive and Third-Party policies, IDV calculations, NCB logic, and endorsements Analyze motor claims lifecycle including FNOL, surveyor allocation, repair approval, and settlement Work on integrations with VAHAN, payment gateways, dealer systems, and inspection applications Fire / Property Insurance Analyze commercial and retail fire insurance products Understand property underwriting, risk inspection process, and asset valuation Support fire claim workflows, surveyor assessments, and loss estimation Process & Documentation Create AS-IS and TO-BE process flows Prepare functional specifications for development teams Coordinate with QA teams for SIT/UAT testing Support production deployment and hypercare activities Stakeholder Management Coordinate with underwriters, claims teams, TPAs, surveyors, IT teams, and compliance teams Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and sprint demos Track risks, dependencies, and change requests Required Skills Strong understanding of Health, Motor, and Fire Insurance Requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication Knowldge of Agile/Scrum methodology SQL basics, Jira, Confluence, Excel, API understanding, and Visio Preferred Experience Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or TCS BaNCS Exposure to digital transformation and automation projects
