About the Role
We are looking for a creative, observant, and people-oriented Social media & Culture Content Creator to capture the everyday moments that define life at the company
This role goes beyond social media. You’ll be responsible for documenting our workplace culture, celebrating our team, telling authentic stories, and creating content that reflects who we are—from behind-the-scenes moments and staff achievements to wellness rituals, celebrations, learning sessions, and daily life.
Your work will help strengthen our employer brand, build team pride, and give the world an authentic glimpse into the company's way of working.
Key Responsibilities
Culture Documentation
- Capture the daily life and energy of the team and work photo and video.
- Document key milestones
- Highlight homes, travel, flora and fauna of Alibaugh as well as and behind-the-scenes stories of home building process, handovers, client interaction - wellness and food experiences
- Build an evolving visual archive of the company's culture.
Content Creation
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, interviews, and lifestyle content.
- Create engaging internal and external content that showcases the people behind company.
- Produce high-quality photography for internal communications, recruitment, and marketing.
- Write captions and short stories that reflect the company's voice.
Branding
- Showcase all of the company's verticals
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote company values and culture.
- Internal Communications
- Create monthly culture recaps and highlight reels.
- Develop content for internal newsletters, presentations, and digital noticeboards.
- Celebrate employee achievements and important milestones.
Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Marketing, Operations, Spa, F&B, and Leadership to identify meaningful stories.
- Attend events and proactively seek opportunities to capture authentic moments.
- Maintain a content calendar dedicated to workplace culture.
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in content creation, videography, photography, or employer branding.
- Excellent photography and mobile videography skills.
- Strong editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting ability.
- Comfortable interacting with people across all departments.
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive.
- A strong eye for aesthetics, emotion, and authentic storytelling.
Bonus Skills
Experience working in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, wellness, or premium brands.
Basic motion graphics or animation.
Experience interviewing people on camera.
- Basic AI tools
- Drone videography (preferred but not essential).
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
