We are looking for a passionate VLSI & Embedded Systems Tech Intern with a foundation in electronics, semiconductor design, and embedded systems. This internship offers hands-on experience in VLSI design, embedded programming, and hardware development, providing an excellent opportunity to work with industry experts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in VLSI design, verification, and testing
- Work with EDA tools for simulation, synthesis, and layout design
- Develop and test embedded software and firmware for microcontrollers and processors
- Collaborate on hardware-software co-design and debugging
- Optimize power, performance, and area (PPA) metrics in VLSI circuits
- Write scripts and automation tools for design and testing processes
- Document findings, generate reports, and present results
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of VLSI design, CMOS technology, and embedded systems
- Familiarity with HDL languages (Verilog/VHDL) and simulation tools
- Experience with microcontrollers, ARM processors, and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Proficiency in C, C++, Python, or embedded C
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with FPGA, ASIC design, or PCB layout
- Understanding of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.)
- Knowledge of SPICE simulation, MATLAB, or hardware debugging tools
