Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with 7–8 years of industry experience who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of converting functional requirements into technical documentation, estimating project cost and timelines, identifying team and developer requirements, evaluating technology feasibility, and supporting code correction and technical guidance.
This role requires strong architectural thinking, project planning capability, and hands-on technical understanding to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end project execution for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive alignment between business objectives and technical implementation strategies.
- Manage multiple teams, delivery timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
2. Solution Architecture & Technical Planning
- Convert business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and architecture documents.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.
- Evaluate technology stacks, frameworks, APIs, and infrastructure feasibility.
3. Estimation & Resource Management
- Prepare project cost estimations, effort calculations, and delivery timelines.
- Define team structure, allocate developers, and assign responsibilities based on project scope.
- Optimize resource utilization for maximum delivery efficiency.
4. Technical Governance
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical audits.
- Review existing codebases, identify technical gaps, and guide teams on code corrections and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, and performance benchmarks.
5. Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with business teams, clients, developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks.
- Present technical solutions, project status, and architecture decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
1. Strong experience in technical architecture and solution design.

4. Good understanding of team structure, role definition, and developer allocation.
5. Strong knowledge of technology feasibility analysis and architecture planning.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
