We are looking for a passionate and growth-oriented E-commerce Associate Manager who can combine strategy with execution, lead a team, and drive online business growth across multiple channels.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in scaling a rapidly growing consumer brand and work closely with leadership to shape the future of our digital business.
What You'll Own
· Drive growth across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
· Manage product listings, catalog optimization, pricing, promotions, and inventory performance.
· Execute marketplace advertising and visibility initiatives.
· Lead online launches for new products and campaigns.
· Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, customer service, and leadership teams.
· Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing e-commerce team.
What We're Looking For
· 5+ years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Marketplace Management, or Digital Sales.
· Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and related platforms.
· Experience managing product listings, promotions, and marketplace advertising.
· Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and drive decisions.
· Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results.
· Experience in FMCG, Food, Consumer Goods, Retail, or D2C brands is preferred.
