Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure the smooth execution of projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring progress, and ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day technical and execution-related issues at the site.
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to work on construction sites and coordinate with project teams.
