Plant HR Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of workers/staff.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Support training and employee development programs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower data.
