We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural planning, design development, and project execution for residential, commercial, and interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning for multiple projects
- Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Review architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documentation
- Supervise site visits and monitor project progress
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Mentor junior architects and design team members
- Prepare project reports, BOQs, and design proposals
- Handle client meetings and provide design solutions as per requirements
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
