Key Responsibilities:-
●Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, field visits, and digital channels.
●Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading Accounts.
●Promote Mutual Funds, SIPs, Equity Investments, IPOs, PMS, Bonds, and other financial products.
●Conduct client meetings to understand investment requirements and financial goals.
●Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, retail investors, and corporate clients.
●Achieve monthly revenue and account opening targets.
●Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.
●Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
●Keep updated with market trends and investment opportunities.
●Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills:-
●Strong communication and presentation skills.
●Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
●Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement capability.
●Knowledge of stock market, mutual funds, SIPs, and financial products.
●Relationship management and client handling skills.
●Basic understanding of Demat and Trading Account processes.
●Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and online sales tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
●Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
●Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Stock Broking, or Investment Advisory.
●Freshers with excellent sales aptitude may also apply.
●NISM certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
