1) Vendor Management & Procurement Operations:
a) Vendor Lifecycle:
- Identify & onboard new vendors
- Create a new vendor in the system
- Do price negotiations
- Handle ongoing follow-ups & execution
- End-to-end vendor coordination (online/offline)
b) Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Process:
- Manage procurement workflows, including Purchase Order (PO) generation, Indent creation (Factory & HO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), Invoice verification and bill processing
2) Inventory, ERP & Data management:
a) ERP & Data:
- Oversee item creation, standard bill of materials (BOM) assembly, and movement type changes in coordination with the factory
b) Inventory Management:
- Track and maintain monthly inventory data of marketing collaterals, Point of Purchase (POP) materials, promotional materials, merchandise, displayers, etc. and telly ERP & physical stock
3) Product related:
a) SKUs management:
- Manage product grouping for catalogues, shade cards, showroom displays, etc.
- Be actively part of selection process
4) Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare product portfolio analysis, product metrics, etc.
- Manage and track marketing expenses
- Prepare various MIS reports on excel, Google Sheet, etc.
5) Cross-functional coordination & administration:
a) Inter-department:
- Work with Sales team coordinators on various requirements for marketing collaterals and showroom displays
- Work with teams at the back end for production, stores, packaging departments and resolve operational queries
b) General administration:
- Manage tasks like Italia Group's Google drive, library management, etc.
- Various material procurement and coordination activities related to Grout, Adhesive, Plywood & MDF sheets, etc.
- Ordering various merchandise online
6) Exhibition & Event management:
a) Exhibition logistics:
- End-to-end coordination of domestic and international exhibitions, including product selection, material logistics, setup arrangements, coordination with fabricators, drafting operational guidelines (Do's & Don'ts)
b) Marketing / Community events:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all necessary arrangements
7) Miscellaneous:
- Any undefined task related to marketing
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Any Graduate
2. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Google Sheets
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
